Classic Half Beef

Our Classic Half Beef is the perfect blend of premium steak along with a good mix of roasts, stew meat and ground beef that makes for plenty of farm to table meals.

Our beef is 100% grassfed, raised without hormones or antibiotics, and finished slowly for flavour and tenderness. The beef is professionally butchered, vacuum packed, labelled and sorted in boxes for  ease of mind and ease of use. 

What’s Included:

• 4 boxes of Grilling Steak (total of 48 lbs.) - includes Rib Steak, Bone-In Striploin, Top Sirloin and Tenderloin

• 2 box of Boneless Roasts (30 lbs.) - cut 2-3 lbs. each - includes a mix of  Shoulder, Cross-Rib, Sirloin Tip and Eye of Round.

• 2 box Stewing Beef (40 lbs.) - lean 1"cubes  packaged in approx. 1 lb. packages.

• 4 boxes Lean Ground Beef - (total 80 lbs.) - packaged in approx. 1 lb. packages.

• 2 box Bones and Liver - includes 4 lbs. Liver, Marrow Bones, Meaty Soup bones and Knuckle bones 

All beef is frozen for freshness.

Storage:

• Requires approximately 7-8 cubic feet of freezer space

Delivery:

• Pricing includes delivery to your door.

• Order by the 20th of the month for delivery the same month. You will receive details of delivery date prior to delivery.

• If you are outside our delivery area, please select Pick Up at Checkout and we’ll arrange a farm pickup time.
